The Role:
-
Attending breakdowns and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults

Carrying out servicing, repairs and planned maintenance
-
Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment
-
Working on automated machinery including electrical controls, hydraulics and pneumatics
-
Cover reactive call-outs and urgent service level agreements
-
Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, or structural faults on equipment.

Perform routine safety checks and scheduled servicing on medical lifting aids.
Person:
-
Experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Field Engineer
-
Strong fault finding experience across Electrical and Mechanical systems
-
Confident working on breakdowns and solving problems independently
-
Some exposure to PLC fault finding is highly desirable
-
Experience with automated machinery, CNC, robotics or similar equipment

Comfortable reading technical drawings and working methodically
