Creative Content & Academy Coordinator
The Creative Content & Academy Coordinator is a brand-new, varied role at All-Star Academy.
We’re looking for a charismatic, creative and highly organised self-starter who can work independently, take initiative and help shape the role as the academy grows.
The successful candidate will:
- Create engaging social media and marketing content.
- Help grow and engage the academy’s online presence and attract new families.
- Bring knowledge and experience of the performing arts industry.
- Provide class cover and tutor support when required.
- Help organise workshops, performances, showcases and academy events.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional opportunities.
- Generate new ideas for classes, events, partnerships and academy development.
- Support and organise creative fundraising activities.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and the wider academy community.
- Support the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the academy.
- Take ownership of projects and identify opportunities without needing constant direction.
The key thing we’re looking for is initiative. This is not a role where you’ll simply be given a list of tasks. We want someone who can look at what we do, spot opportunities, bring ideas to the table and make things happen.
16-18 hours per week | £14–£15 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
