We're looking for enthusiastic, confident, and personable Patient Confirmation Executives to join our growing team. If you love speaking with people, have great attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, positive environment, we'd love to meet you.
This isn't cold calling.
Every patient has already booked their consultation. Your role is to build excitement, answer questions, and ensure every patient arrives feeling informed, relaxed, and genuinely looking forward to their visit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Calling patients ahead of their consultation to confirm appointments.
- Building excitement about their smile transformation journey.
- Explaining exactly what to expect during their first visit.
- Letting patients know where to park, who they'll be meeting, and how their consultation will run.
- Answering questions and putting patients at ease.
- Reducing cancellations and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
- Working closely with our sales and clinical teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
We're searching for someone who is:
- Friendly, energetic and naturally engaging.
- An excellent communicator with a warm telephone manner.
- Professional, well presented and takes pride in their work.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Positive, reliable and motivated to succeed.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, travel, retail, contact centres or sales would be an advantage—but personality, attitude and enthusiasm are what matter most.
