If you've worked in sales, telesales, recruitment, estate agency, automotive, travel, retail management, hospitality or customer service where closing conversations comes naturally, this could be the perfect opportunity.
The Role
Working from our stunning modern headquarters in Wakefield, you'll contact patients who have already booked consultations to ensure they attend their appointment feeling informed, confident and excited.
You'll become an important part of their journey by answering questions, removing concerns and reinforcing the value of choosing Space Dental.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling patients ahead of their consultation.
- Building trust and rapport from the very first conversation.
- Confirming appointments and reducing cancellations.
- Overcoming objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Explaining exactly what patients can expect on the day of their visit.
- Providing information on parking, arrival times and meeting their dentist.
- Ensuring patients arrive excited, prepared and committed.
- Working towards individual and team performance targets.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who love speaking to customers and naturally influence conversations.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in sales, telesales or appointment confirmation.
- Excellent objection-handling skills.
- Confidence communicating with people from all backgrounds.
- A positive, enthusiastic and energetic personality.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The ability to build trust quickly.
- A professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivation and a desire to earn bonus.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
