Care Assistant – Day Shifts
We are looking for kind, caring and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive care home team.
About the Role
You will support our residents with their daily needs while promoting their dignity, independence, comfort and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care and daily activities
- Assist with mobility, meals and hydration
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow individual care plans
- Maintain residents’ dignity, privacy and independence
- Work as part of a supportive care team
What We’re Looking For
- Kind, compassionate and respectful attitude
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous care experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
