Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
We are looking to employ a vehicle technician to work on cars and light commercial vehicles in our busy workshop.
Hours: 8:00am- 5:30pm Monday - Friday + Saturday mornings one in every 3 weeks.
Location: Cambridge, Gloucestershire- GL2 7AJ
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
The successful applicant will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repair
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform diagnostics and inspections to identify vehicle issues
-Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tyres and brake checks
-Complete a variety of repairs including engine, transmission, electrical and brakes
-Work as part of a team
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts and time spent on jobs
Skills & Experience:
-Good and accurate knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques
-Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment
-Good problem solving skills
-Strong communication skills
-Previous experience would be preferred
-Valid drivers license
