**To be considered for an interview, you must be a female, a preferred manual car driver, aged 21 or older, and have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred support tailored to the client's individual needs.
- Assisting with personal care while promoting independence and dignity.
- Supporting daily routines, social activities, appointments, and community access.
- Following care plans and clinical guidance, including safe moving and handling procedures.
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Building a positive, professional relationship based on trust, respect, and encouragement.
What We're Looking For
- A kind, patient, and dependable individual with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in care or supporting people with complex needs is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A genuine passion for helping others live fulfilling, independent lives.
- Flexibility to work two weeks, live in one week off
- A commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
