Summary
We are seeking a talented Part-Time Bartender to join our dynamic team in the heart of our upscale cocktail lounge in Cardiff. This is a part-time position, offering flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to the highest standard.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional working environment.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, delivering a premium customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions.
- Familiarity with food safety standards is preferred.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
