We’re looking for a warm, proactive and organised individual to join our boarding community as an Assistant House Supervisor.
This is a rewarding, people-focused role where you’ll support the wellbeing, supervision and day-to-day life of pupils, helping to create a safe, caring and well-run house environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing excellent pastoral care and support to pupils

Being a visible, approachable presence in the house

Supporting daily routines and house organisation

Working closely with staff, parents and support teams

Someone who enjoys working with young people
Hours: Mon–Fri (11am–2pm) + Saturdays (9am–4pm)
Salary: £12,546 per annum (incl. holiday pay)
