Broadfield Primary Academy is a large primary school serving the community of Broadfield in Crawley. Our overarching mission is for all Broadfield Primary Academy children to be nurtured as uniquely talented individuals, finding fulfilment through their love of learning and the exploration of the furthest reaches of their intellectual, creative, physical and emotional capabilities. Salary: Grade 9 points 25 - 28 FTE £36,363 - £39,152 plus £729 fringe (Estimated actual £31,138 - £33,529)
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Location: Broadfield Primary Academy, Crawley

To be successful in this role you will need to be:
- A great communicator who develops positive relationships with young children and adults
- Understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the children whom we are supporting
- Enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
- Able to display a high level of administrative, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
