As our Apprentice Support Worker, you'll support adults with mental health and wellbeing needs across our Huddersfield Hub and locations throughout Kirklees. You’ll deliver groups and activities, provide one-to-one support, and work alongside clients to build confidence, achieve goals and make a real difference, while developing your own skills and experience.
No two days are the same. You'll manage a caseload, support clients to create person-centred support plans, assess and manage risk, and work collaboratively with local services and partners.
Alongside your hands-on experience, you'll complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification, developing the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for a rewarding career in health and social care.
Our service operates 7 days a week, with shifts allocated on a rota basis: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm or 12.00pm to 8.00pm, and one weekend shift per month.
