Set within a beautiful 19th-century Victorian manor house surrounded by 14 acres of grounds, Strode Park House offers a relaxed, homely setting for residents on both short- and long-term stays. Here, traditional nursing values sit alongside modern clinical practice, giving you the opportunity to deliver high-quality care with dignity, independence and choice at its heart.
You’ll play a key role in supporting residents’ nursing, wellbeing and holistic needs, working as part of a committed team where every shift is meaningful, varied and fulfilling.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 39.75 hours per week, with a salary of £37,575.60 per annum.
What you’ll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll help ensure residents receive consistent, high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assess, plan, implement and review care and support to residents.
- Maintain a high standard of clinical work when carrying out nursing procedures.
- Be responsible for the safe custody of medication, including checking and administration.
- Plan and evaluate residents' individual care plans.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

About you
You’ll be a hands-on nurse who brings professionalism, compassion and sound clinical judgement to every aspect of care. You’ll be confident supporting residents, working alongside nursing and care colleagues, and helping maintain the highest standards of modern, person-centred practice.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Must be an RGN/RMN/RNLD qualified nurse
- Will have a valid NMC pin
- Will have experience of medication management
- Has an understanding of MCA, DOLS as well as safeguarding processes
