Your Role (What You’ll Actually Do)
This is a hands-on leadership role.
You will:
- Lead shifts with confidence and warmth
- Support and guide the care team in real time
- Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Take ownership of medications, documentation, and clinical awareness
- Be the person others look to when things get busy
More importantly:
- Bring the home to life
- Help residents feel, not just be cared for

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience as a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader
- Is confident with medication administration
- Understands dementia care beyond the basics
- Can lead a team under pressure
- Is calm, kind, and emotionally intelligent
