Hours: Full-time (typically 4 days/week, 8am–6pm) | Flexible options available

Essential Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete).
- Right to work in the UK & Enhanced DBS check (we can support this).
- Warm, positive, and organised team player.
The Role & Setting
Since 2003, our cosy, Curiosity Approach-inspired nursery has been at the heart of Hertford. Following a recent expansion, we need a dedicated practitioner (or Deputy Head) to join our close-knit family. You will:
- Act as a Key Person, building strong bonds with children and families.
- Plan, deliver, and record engaging EYFS activities using real-world resources.
- Maintain a calm, nurturing, and safe environment.
- Step up into leadership (if applying for the Deputy Head role).
