Aquila Industrial Cleaning deliver specialist and industrial cleaning services within the construction sector throughout the North of England.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Site Manager to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with team members and Clients to ensure project requirements are met.
-Assign tasks and manage a team, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Drive and motivate the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client enquiries and concerns professionally.
**Requirements:**
- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
- Strong drive to deliver a quality service and meet project deadlines.
- Prior experience in a cleaning role is essential.
- A valid CSCS card would be advantageous but not a deal breaker.
-SSSTS or SMSTS would be an added advantage.
- A driving license is essential.
-Relevant certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, Health & Safety, IPAF, PASMA) are a plus.
