Experienced Cocktail Bartender – Vivo Latino, Cardiff
Vivo Latino is a popular, independent Latin American restaurant and cocktail bar in Canton, Cardiff. We are looking for an energetic, hard-working individual with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality to join our friendly team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of cocktail bartending experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Reliable and committed to weekend shifts (Fridays & Saturdays) with flexibility for weekday shifts as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a smile
- Preparing and serving a range of cocktails and drinks
- Assisting servers with orders and food service during busy periods
- Opening and closing the bar to high standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar and restaurant
- Handling reservations and customer queries over the phone
- Supporting overall cleanliness and hygiene maintenance, including Toilet upkeep and floor cleaning as part of end-of-shift duties.
