Cranbrook Vets is turning 1, and we are looking for a third vet!
Cranbrook Vets is a small animal GP practice in Cranbrook, Kent. Opened in July 2025, the building has hosted a veterinary practice since after WWII. The 3 business partners are working full-time as RVN, Lead Vet and Practice Manager. We have steadily grown and we have more than 1000 clients in our books. It is a big practice, with a preop area, theatre, dental suit (dental x-rays coming soon), kennel, isolation, x-ray room and 2 consult rooms. But we have got still space! The plan is to expand and refurbish the reception/waiting area to divide public area from the clinical core.
At this stage, the possibilities are unlimited! The Lead Vet is a GP vet with a Surgical Certificate (no Orthopaedics), learning internal medicine but loving ECC. She brings 10 years of UK experience in different environments. The second vet is a 2025 RCV graduate. We are starting to look for a third vet, ideally at least 2-3 years’ experience, full time 40 hours/week with 1:3 Saturday. We would like to find an imaging/internal medicine vet, but this is not essential. We have a EDAN AX3 ultrasound machine with micro-convex and linear probe, and a brand new Examion X-DRS radiograph with no plate and touchscreen!
Salary starting from £45-50k/year depending on experience, happy to discuss the full package.
We cannot offer VISA sponsorship at this stage.
