Jewellery CAD designer
Full-Time, 9am – 5.15pm
We are expanding our cad department and looking for someone experienced in Matrxigold with good organisational skills to work with our friendly cad team in our city centre workshop.
Salary dependant on experience
Key responsibilities
· Producing accurate CAD models in Matrxigold based on client design briefs
· Creating high quality renders for clients to approve
· Producing 3D prints using in house printer and 3D scanner
· Producing 3D print ready files to go to casting
· Face to face design consultations and liaising with clients over phone and email
Skills
· 2 years + experience in Matrixgold in the jewellery industry
· High attention to detail and design accuracy
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Understanding of all standard setting styles, manufacturing tolerances and gemstones needs in terms of jewellery manufacture
· Sound IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft programmes, namely excel, outlook
· A positive team worker with excellent problem solving and organisation skills
