Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team for our 2 day music festival in Eastbourne on 22nd and 23rd August. Hours can be full or part shifts, between 11am and 10pm.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to queries promptly.
- Serving alcoholic drinks; ensuring alcohol sale and licencing objectives are adhered to
- Ensure Challenge 25 is in operation
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for billing purposes.
- Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition to engage effectively with customers.
- Knowledge of licencing objectives, Challenge 25 and Ask Angela preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- A passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
