We're looking for a passionate and organised Human Resources Director to help build and support our staff team as we continue to grow.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Director is a senior leadership role responsible for managing the recruitment, development, wellbeing, and performance of staff across Immersive Castle Network.
You'll work closely with the Founder, Operations Director, and department managers to ensure the community remains professional, welcoming, and well-organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Review staff applications and schedule interviews.
- Develop and maintain recruitment strategies.
- Create and update staff documentation, policies, and handbooks.
- Conduct staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Support managers with disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Monitor staff activity and engagement.
- Coordinate staff meetings and leadership discussions.
- Maintain confidential personnel records.
- Foster a positive and inclusive staff culture.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Experience managing online communities or volunteer teams.
- Professional and impartial decision-making skills.
- Experience with Discord and community management.
- Confidence handling confidential information.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others.
Experience in Human Resources is beneficial but not essential. We value enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Time Commitment

Compensation
This is currently a volunteer position.
