Finance Business Partner – Digital Delivery Centre
Full Time - Permanent
Location - Hybrid with ability to travel to Hook
Competetive
At Serco, we’re driving a step change in how finance supports our business. This role sits at the heart of that transformation within our Digital Delivery Centre, helping to shape smarter decisions, stronger performance, and more efficient service delivery across a complex, global portfolio.
We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support senior business leaders in delivering profitable, sustainable growth across a portfolio of contracts and services.
This is not a traditional reporting role. You will operate as a trusted partner and challenger, turning financial and operational data into meaningful insight that directly influences decisions, improves performance, and drives transformation.
Working across multiple regions and stakeholders, you will play a key role in embedding continuous improvement, process optimisation, and digital-first finance practices within a fast-evolving environment.
You’ll be joining a business undergoing real transformation in how finance operates - moving from reporting to true business influence and value creation. This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how finance supports global service delivery.
