Provide Equipment Hub Limited delivers community equipment and related services that enable people to remain safe, independent and connected in their homes and communities. We work in partnership with residents, carers, prescribers, commissioners, health and social care organisations, suppliers and operational teams to provide clinically appropriate, timely, sustainable and value-driven solutions.
Our vision is:
Empowering communities, enriching lives through excellence, care and value.
Our work is underpinned by three core values:
•
Compassion – placing people at the heart of our decisions and treating everyone with dignity, empathy and respect.
•
Excellence – striving for consistently high standards, strong outcomes and continuous improvement.
•
Innovation – embracing new ideas, evidence, technology and ways of working to improve services and deliver better value.
The Community Equipment Clinical Therapist / Clinical Advisor will provide accessible, day-to-day clinical expertise to the prescriber community, helping professionals make safe, proportionate and person-centred equipment decisions.
Working across children’s and adult services, health and social care, the postholder will support prescribers to identify the most appropriate equipment, minor adaptations and assistive solutions based on each person’s needs, goals, strengths, risks and home circumstances. The central purpose of the role is to help ensure that people receive the right support, at the right time and in the right way, promoting independence, dignity, safety and quality of life.
