Job Title: Matchday Half-Time Draw Sales Assistant
Reporting Line: RYDC Director

Contract: Zero Hour - Casual Worker
THE ROLE
As a Matchday Half-Time Draw Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in engaging with supporters at Ibrox Stadium on matchdays by promoting and selling half-time draw tickets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell half-time draw tickets to supporters in designated areas around the stadium.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and answer any questions about the draw.
- Handle cash payments accurately and responsibly.
- Report to the RYDC office at least 1.5 hours before kick-off for a briefing and equipment collection.
- Return to the office at kick-off to reconcile sold tickets and revenue.
- Ensure all ticket sales and cash handling procedures are followed.
- Represent RYDC in a positive and professional manner at all times.
THE CANDIDATE
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have a strong command of spoken English and can communicate clearly and confidently with supporters.
- Are confident, approachable and enjoy speaking to people.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Are reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Can accurately handle cash and follow procedures.
- Are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Are able to work at home matchdays, including evenings and weekends.
