Swansea Bowl is growing! We're investing in exciting updates to make our venue even more fun and engaging for our customers, and we’re looking for a Supervisor to help lead our team.
Who We're Looking For:
- A natural leader who can motivate and support a team
- Great with people and always ready to provide excellent service
- Organised, proactive, and confident in handling responsibility
- Experience in fast paced customer service environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the team to deliver a fantastic customer experience
- Oversee daily operations, including bar, reception, and lanes
- Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Help train and develop team members to reach their potential

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
