Massage Therapist — Full-Time | J&J Therapy, New Malden (KT3)
J&J Therapy is a hands-on, manual therapy–focused MSK physiotherapy clinic located in the heart of New Malden, just 2 minutes' walk from New Malden station — rated 5 stars across 350+ Google reviews. We are looking for a full-time Massage Therapist to join our friendly, multilingual clinical team.
This is a clinical role, not a spa role. You will work alongside our HCPC-registered physiotherapists and Level 5 (MSMA) soft tissue practitioners, delivering massage that goes beyond simple relaxation — helping patients improve their health, recover from injury, and manage musculoskeletal conditions. Previous experience in a clinic setting is a plus, and if you are keen to develop treatment-focused massage skills alongside physiotherapists, you will feel right at home here.

Working hours (5 days per week, 40 hours)
- Thursday to Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off)
- Thursday & Saturday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- Friday, Sunday & Monday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Unpaid lunch break: 12:30pm – 1:30pm daily
About the role
- Deliver sports, deep tissue, therapeutic and relaxation massage (30/45/60/90-minute sessions) as part of a clinical MSK team
- Collaborate with our physiotherapists on patients' treatment goals
- Complete a short clinical treatment note after each session (time for this is built into your paid changeover)
- Serve a diverse, multilingual patient community
What we are looking for
- Level 4 massage / sports massage qualification or above (Ofqual-regulated, e.g. ITEC/VTCT/Active IQ/YMCA) — Level 5 preferred
- A valid Full or Associate membership of CNHC, FHT, SMA, CThA, ISRM, MTI, CHP or IPTI (student memberships not accepted)
- The right to work in the UK
- Desirable: previous experience in a clinic or MSK setting
- Desirable: additional qualifications such as MLD (lymphatic drainage), pregnancy massage or advanced sports massage
- Desirable: any additional language alongside English — our patient community is highly international. Korean, Mandarin or Cantonese are especially valuable, and speakers of Spanish, Italian or any other language are warmly welcomed too
