About Pride Landscape & Design
We're a growing landscaping company specialising in premium residential gardens throughout Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
From porcelain patios and driveways to bespoke timber structures, planting schemes and complete garden transformations, we deliver projects that we're proud to hand over to our customers.

The Role
This is a hands-on installation role working alongside one of our Team Leaders.
Although this isn't a management position, you'll be expected to work independently, produce work to a high standard and provide guidance to your labourer throughout the day.
You'll have the confidence to complete your own areas of work without needing constant supervision.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in every stage of our landscaping projects, including:
- Setting out and preparing landscaping projects
- Excavation and groundwork preparation
- Installing drainage systems
- Laying sub-bases to the correct depths and specifications
- Laying porcelain and natural stone patios
- Block paving and driveway construction
- Brickwork and retaining walls
- Timber work, fencing and garden structures
- Turfing and planting preparation
- Reading construction drawings
- Using laser levels and setting out accurately
- Operating 360 excavators and dumpers safely
- Working alongside the Team Leader to deliver projects to a high standard
- Guiding and supporting your labourer throughout the project
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Minimum 3 years' landscaping experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to lay porcelain and natural stone to a high standard
- Experience with groundworks and drainage
- Competent using laser levels
- Able to operate 360 excavators and dumpers
- Strong understanding of correct construction methods
- Able to work independently
- Good attention to detail

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
7:45am – 4:30pm
45-minute unpaid lunch
Based from our Retford depot before travelling to sites with the team.
