Looking for a stable Monday-Friday role with a friendly team and opportunities for overtime? Join TPSM, a successful manufacturing business with over 40 years of experience. We're looking for an experienced Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative to become part of our growing team.
About the Role
Working closely with our Operations and Production Manager, you'll help ensure our products are safely stored, packed and delivered to customers on time. You'll play a vital role in keeping our warehouse running efficiently while supporting the wider production team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vehicles, from transit vans to articulated lorries.
- Moving finished products from production into the warehouse.
- Wrapping and preparing finished goods for dispatch.
- Preparing pallets, cartons and packing materials for production.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
- Returning signed delivery documentation to the Operations team.
- Supporting general warehouse and production activities as required.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licence.
- A full UK driving licence (travel between our two nearby sites is required).
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential).
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently while also supporting colleagues.
