Part Time Maintenance Assistant

Location: Hatherton, Nantwich, Cheshire

Pay: Competitive - DOE

Contract: Permanent Part time. Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 4 hours per day (12 hours/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and practical individual to help with general maintenance and small jobs on a part-time basis.

This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things in good order.

Responsibilities

General repairs and maintenance
Basic DIY (e.g. fixing, adjusting, installing)
Painting and small touch-ups
Putting up shelves, fixtures, or fittings
Minor carpentry or plumbing tasks
Helping keep the area safe, tidy, and well-maintained

We are Looking For

Someone reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
Good practical skills and a hands-on approach
Strong practical sense and ability to solve problems efficiently
Able to work independently and take initiative
Previous handyman or DIY experience preferred
Own tools helpful but not essential
