Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across various commercial areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high-quality sanitation and appearance
- Maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet operational standards
- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic cleaning chemicals and safety protocols is a plus but not mandatory
