We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Administrator Apprentice to join our Human Resources team. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and administrative support. As a key member of the HR department, you will assist with various HR functions, develop essential skills, and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment. Duties
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, from pre-employment checks to issuing contracts.
- Producing reports and management data.
- Producing written documents such as letters.
- Maintaining and updating accurate HR records and systems.
- Responding effectively and professionally to HR queries.
- Ensuring confidential handling of employee information.
- Scheduling meetings and taking notes where required.
- Maintaining training records.
- Attend lessons and study towards the HR support Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Requirements
- GCSE in Maths and English with Grade C/4 or above.
- GCSE in ICT with grade C/4 or above (desired).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information verbally and in writing.
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks demonstrating attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office systems such as Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience managing and responding to emails professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
- Strong IT and customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic team player eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment. Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, times to be confirmed and are flexible.
