Log House Scotland is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts, focusing on promoting our premium log houses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share and maximize revenue.
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; act as the main point of contact for all customer interactions.
- Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals tailored to customer needs, highlighting the unique selling points of our log houses.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring professional growth.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to management, identifying areas of improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in construction, housing, or a related field.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and customers.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for sustainable housing and eco-friendly products is a plus.
