Role Objective
The Employability Delivery Tutor will work as part of a dedicated team to facilitate and deliver the King's Trust Team programme provided by Pilot IMS This will involve enrolment of young people then mentoring, teaching and supporting those young people through each 12 weeks Teams programme in the classroom and community .
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting recruiting young people to the Team programme predominantly though in events and community engagement.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships to support the young people who are engaged to allow them to complete the programme
- Teach and assess learners to enable them to achieve their qualification within a 12 week time frame .
- Attend residential week with the young people to support the programme
- Engaging with employers to find placements, carrying our suitability check and coordinating the learners attendance.
- Supporting young people to positive progression destinations after the programme.
- Working as part of the team and ensuring key performance indicators are met or exceeded
- Undertake delivery across our Teams programme covering the Burton on Trent area
Requirements
- Must hold AiET or PTTLS
- Must be a qualified Assessor holding a recognised assessing qualification
- Good influencing and motivational skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with learners.
- The ability to work on own initiative and under pressure, to tight deadlines
- Must have own transport and be able to travel as required
- Will be required to undertake Enhanced DBS

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
