Summary
We are seeking a volunteer shopper in Falkirk. As a shopper, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver essential groceries to those in need, embodying our mission to support vulnerable communities with compassion and reliability.
Responsibilities
- 8am start in a local supermarket
- Shopping for and checking customer's shopping orders ensuring best dates possible
- Putting all orders through the till and packing ready for delivery
- Completion of any required paperwork
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Uniform and ID badge will be provided
- Handle groceries with care during transportation to maintain freshness
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A compassionate attitude towards supporting older and vulnerable individuals.
