Head of Housekeeping

Marwell Resort is seeking an experienced, organised, and motivated Head of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with previous housekeeping experience who can effectively manage a team while ensuring exceptional cleanliness and presentation throughout the resort.
What we're looking for:
- Previous housekeeping experience is essential
- Supervisory or management experience within housekeeping is preferred
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and support a team
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
- Must be able to drive and have access to transport due to our location
- Must be willing to work weekends, as required
Working Hours:
- Various days and hours available
- Weekend work required
- Early starts and late finishes will be necessary to meet operational needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting the housekeeping team
- Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards
- Creating staff rotas and allocating daily duties
- Conducting quality checks and inspections
- Managing housekeeping stock and supplies
- Training and developing team members
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
