There is a requirement for a Pool Lifeguard to join the team on a very busy Visit England 4 stars accredited holiday park.
The position is part time working varied shifts covering weekdays, weekends and holidays.
You will be responsible for the health and safety of all bathers using the pool facilities and ensuring all facilities are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all areas meet with the high expectations of our customers
- Observe the pool and enforce pool rules to bathers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Enforcing relevant legislation (health and safety, hygiene, fire etc)
- Pool Water and Environment Maintenance/logs
- Ensuring operation of pool booking system for groups and individuals
- Liaising with the Pool Manager to prioritise areas of concentration
- Liaising and working cohesively with other departments on park where required
Successful candidate:
- Previous Experience is preferred
- Excellent observational skills
- A can-do, will-do person who completes tasks
- Excellent Communication & Organisation Skills
- Possess suitable and relevant qualifications Lifeguard and First Aid
