We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, food & drink to join our Michelin star team.
Please note that this is a waiting position for the restaurant & successful candidates will be expected to run a section in a waiter capacity.
Requirements:
Successful candidates for our waiting role will be required to be proficient in section waiting in the primary aspect of the advertised role.
Must have good interpersonal, listening & communication skills.
You must be willing to work in a section both independently and within a team.
You will be required to run a section in the restaurant during service while receiving support from the team.
Experience is essential & we would require at least two years waiter restaurant experience minimum.
Previous Michelin starred restaurant experience is preferred but not a necessary requirement.
Applicants must be a UK Citizen, Irish Citizen or hold a European 'Right to Work' Visa under UK law. We are unable to Sponsor any individual applying from outside of the UK without a valid right to work at this current time- Please do not apply for this position if you do not meet this criteria as you will not be considered for this role.
Successful candidates must be able to work Wed-Sat afternoons & evenings.
