Position Summary
The Commercial Manager is responsible for managing the commercial and financial performance of construction projects, including cost control, contract administration, procurement, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial activities from project award to final account.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
- Administer construction contracts and manage variations and claims.
- Support procurement and subcontractor management.
- Prepare commercial reports and forecasts.
- Identify and manage commercial risks.
- Work closely with project and site teams to achieve project objectives.
