Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and dependable Self-Employed Cleaners in Kent. You will be cleaning commercial properties (offices etc) mainly in the evenings on a self employed basis.
£15-£20 per hour (+supplies covered)
Areas of operation: Kings Hill, West Malling, Aylesford, Ashford, Sevenoaks, Dartford.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated spaces, including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and address any special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and supply usage for billing purposes.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within agreed timeframes, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Must have own transport *
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple client locations.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for roles involving hospitality or client-specific requests.
- Previous experience in hotel or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous.
- Reliable transportation to reach various client sites as scheduled.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
