Chemsafe (Yorks) Ltd are seeking a part time Deliver Driver to work as part of their team at Sandtoft. Successful candidate will have experience driving a 3.5T van including multi drop deliveries within Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Good communication skills and a friendly manner upon meeting customers on deliveries are essential.
Main Duties
- To deliver products to customers site in a safe and efficient manner.
- Check vehicle daily for defects and report.
- Loading and unloading of deliveries within a warehouse and at customer premises.
- Plan delivery routes in a time efficient manor.
A reasonable degree of fitness will be required as lifting containers on and off pallets is part of daily routine. Must have a willingness to learn and can do attitude.
Requirements
- Full clean UK Driving licence (No more that 3 points, no bans or convictions)
- Minimum age 25 due to insurance.
- Hours of work 8.30 am - 5 pm 24 hours per week. some extra hours will be required for holiday cover.
