Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Broker Admin Assistant to support our brokerage team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations within the brokerage environment. Duties
- Manage and update client information using CRM software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing documentation and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Support the team in preparing presentations and correspondence for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries via email or phone, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow processes.
- Utilise Sage accounting software for invoicing and financial record keeping as required.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and document management.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant programmes.
- Experience with CRM software and Sage is highly desirable.
- Strong sales administration experience combined with excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated IT literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken.
- Ability to work independently whilst supporting team objectives effectively.
