About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigation Agent to join our Ground Handling Training Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with Airports & Ground Handlers across the Ryanair network
- Assisting Airports & Ground Handlers with Passport & Visa queries
- Responding to data protection requests
- Handling the removal of Inadmissible passengers
- Liaising with border and police authorities across Europe on immigration-related matters
- Ensuring all correspondence is dealt with accurately & efficiently
- Communication with flight crews in advance of any inadmissible passenger removals across the network
- Producing weekly & monthly reports
