About the Role
Northern Telecom is a growing Telecoms and IT Group, headquartered in West Yorkshire and with offices in Sittingbourne, Kent, Colwyn Bay, Kidwelly and Newport, Wales.
We are looking for a detail-focused and methodical individual to support a structured data and reconciliation project.
The role involves a combination of document digitisation, supplier reconciliation, and data correction work. It will suit someone who is comfortable working through high volumes of information with accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Document Digitisation
- Scanning a large volume of physical documents
- Uploading and assigning documents to the correct customer records within our CRM
- Ensuring documents are accurately indexed and easy to retrieve
Supplier Reconciliation
- Reviewing supplier data across internal systems
- Comparing billed services against live services
- Logging into supplier portals to verify service status
- Identifying discrepancies (e.g. services billed but no longer active)
- Recording clear and accurate findings
Ongoing Data Work
- Repeating reconciliation exercises across multiple suppliers
- Supporting wider data clean-up and audit activities
Billing Data Correction
- Reviewing and correcting billing data within internal systems
- Applying a methodical approach to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identifying and resolving data issues with a high level of attention to detail
About You
- Excellent attention to detail - accuracy is critical
- Methodical and able to work through repetitive tasks with focus
- Comfortable handling structured data and identifying inconsistencies
- Good working knowledge of Excel and web-based systems
- A logical, problem-solving mindset
- Previous admin, finance, or data/reconciliation experience desirable
