Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the nursery, deliver engaging and educational activities, and ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver a range of stimulating activities that support the EYFS framework.
Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children.
Observe, assess, and record children’s development, sharing progress with parents and carers.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene within the setting.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children in an early years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
