EYFS Teaching Assistant – September Start
Fusion Staffing is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in South Croydon from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young children during the important early stages of their education. You will work closely with the class teacher to create a positive, nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
The Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children with their learning and development across the EYFS curriculum
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required
- Help create engaging and stimulating learning activities
- Support children's social, emotional and behavioural development
- Assist with classroom organisation and daily routines
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider school team
About You
The ideal EYFS Teaching Assistant will have:
- Previous experience working within an EYFS or primary school setting
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, caring and nurturing approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to school life
