Waiter/Waitress Kitchen Porter
We are looking for team members who can provide excellent service and contribute to a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment.
Waiter/Waitress Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Set up, clean and clear tables.
- Respond to customer requests politely and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each shift.
Kitchen Porter Responsibilities
- Wash plates, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the kitchen and washing-up areas clean and organised.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
- Dispose of waste correctly.
- Assist with receiving and organising deliveries when required.
- Support chefs and other kitchen staff with general kitchen duties.
- Complete cleaning duties during and at the end of shifts.
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
