We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive colleague to join our Academic Services Team within Leeds School of Arts as a Course Administrator.
You will provide high-quality, proactive administrative support for course administration, acting as a key point of contact for students and working closely with academic colleagues to support the student experience. The role includes supporting the administration associated with professional, statutory and regulatory body requirements, requiring strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage detailed processes accurately. You will also provide guidance and information on a range of course and administration activities to staff, students and key stakeholders.
You will have excellent communication, organisation and administration skills, with great attention to detail and experience with using with IT packages. You will have the ability to manage information and data and support meetings.
You will also support wider administrative duties within the School, working within an experienced administration team and working closely with academic colleagues and professional services teams across the university.
