Leadcare Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Staff Nurses to work in private and residential care settings in across Northern Ireland.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Assessing, planning and implementing individual care plans
- Administering and managing medications safely
- Monitoring residents’ health and responding to changes in condition
- Completing clinical observations and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting and supervising Healthcare Assistants and care staff
- Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
- Following safeguarding, infection prevention and clinical procedures
- Maintaining patient dignity, safety and wellbeing at all times

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience
- NMC Reg
- Reside in Northern Ireland
- Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and flexible
