We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Supervisor to lead the Garden products department with our highly successful team at Otter Garden Centre, Lymington.
The person we are looking to recruit, will be enthusiastic, reliable and have a great passion for working in a demanding environment.
You will need to have previous experience of working in a retail management or supervisory role ideally with knowledge of gardening products or a real interest in gardening.
In this role you will:
- Drive sales through the use of data, trends and resources and delivering high visual standards.
- Be responsible for stock control.
- Support the branch manager in leading the team to maximise sales and to deliver excellent customer service. To manage the garden products department to ensure all targets are achieved, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.
This is a role that will stretch you and bring out your best qualities as you support the Branch Management team. Acting as a role model for your team, you will lead by example while you effectively support your store to achieve the Company targets.

The role is full-time to include one weekend day per week.
This role will involve heavy lifting.
