Overview:
We are looking for a Bar/Food Manager for a busy Dundee venue.

The appointed person will need to be charismatic, people and business orientated, with great marketing skills to help us to build the brand and, obviously, financial driven.
Essential Requirements:
Past experience as Bar / Restaurant Manager - experienced in running bars and with great draught, spirits and wine knowledge.
Personal Licence Holder + WSET at least at level 1 would be advantageous.
Knowledge of P&L.
Great management with leadership and communication skills.
SPLH (Not Mandatory)
Your Day to Day:
General management of the front of house.
Manage the day to day operations including but not limited to;
· Stocktaking and ordering.
· Accountable for wastage.
· Serving customers.
· Taking bookings and managing customers.
· Event/Function organisation & management.
· Responsible for cashing up and reporting on daily/weekly takings.
Manage the Front of House Team:
· Supervise and coordinate the front of house team to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
· Creation of front of house and kitchen event planning and training documents.
· In conjunction with the owner, build a team in line with growing needs of the business.
· Staff training.
· Staff rotas.
· Facilitate efficient communication between front and back of house teams.
Business Development:
· Ongoing online marketing using Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok.
· Liaison with the kitchen team to advertise and promote any special events or dishes. Enhancing customer experience where possible.
