About the Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, inspire students and maintain high standards of teaching and learning across a range of secondary schools.
Depending on your preferences, you can choose flexible day-to-day assignments or secure longer-term teaching placements.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons (long-term roles)
- Delivering pre-planned lessons (day-to-day supply)
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assessing and monitoring student progress where required
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively
- Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
- Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
We're seeking enthusiastic and committed teachers who have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within UK secondary schools
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality education
- The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
